Campers

Enter at the General Entrance between 10:30 and 18:00 on Saturday 10 July. Marshals will direct you.

Ticket check

Names and tickets are scanned by marshals on entry.

Driving on site

Drive carefully and slowly, with hazard lights on when a marshal asks you to.

In the show

Vehicles must stay static and switched off. No revving without clearing it with a marshal. No donuts or burnouts.

Camping show cars: Saturday 10:30 - 18:00 Sunday 07:00 - 09:00. Show cars arrive separately, before the public. Sunday only show cars are given an entry time (07:00 - 08:00, 08:00 - 09:00 or 09:00 - 10:00) shown on their ticket.

Pitch up from 10:30 on Saturday 10th July 2027 and camp on Saturday night. The Camping (Weekend) ticket is your camping ticket - it also covers the Saturday entertainment and Sunday show day, so you don't need a separate Sunday ticket. There is no camping on Friday or Sunday night. The campsite has toilets and a block of 6 showers. Camping is limited and is not sold on the gate.

TICKETS - Sunday tickets are Sunday show day only. - Weekend tickets are camping tickets: one ticket covers camping on Saturday night, the Saturday entertainment and Sunday show day. You don't need a Sunday ticket as well.

HOUSE RULES Please clear all litter using the bins provided. Dogs are permitted but MUST be on leads, please clear up any mess! BBQ's and open fires are NOT PERMITTED. Please DO NOT touch any vehicle without direct permission from the owner (Including flyers). Any person or persons to be found on site to be flyering or advertising without authorisation by the Wheels Up North team will be asked to leave. Please drive around the showground carefully and slowly with hazard lights on when instructed to do so by a marshal. When in the show, vehicles must remain static and off. Please DO NOT rev your vehicles without first clearing this with a marshal (same rules apply for audio demonstrations). No donuts or burnouts.

OTHER INFORMATION Opening times: Camping gates open at 10:30am (10th July) Show day gates open at 10:30 (11th July). Campsite includes a block of 6 showers. Limited tickets will be available on the gate, but this is subject to availability. We highly recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment. (Camping tickets are NOT available on the gate) Names and tickets will be scanned by marshals on entry. Vehicles will be directed to their parking spaces by marshals. Police will likely be in the area monitoring people leaving and entering the event. Tents and overnight camping are allowed but limited. To camp, book a Camping (Weekend) ticket - it already includes Sunday show day, so you don't need a separate general entry ticket. Food trucks will be serving lovely food and hot drinks. Should the event be cancelled for any reason, tickets will be carried forward to the next event and we will let you know via email.
