Show Application Terms

Applying to show a vehicle is free. Submitting an application does not guarantee your vehicle will be accepted, selections are always limited. You'll receive an email confirming your application and another along with a text when a decision has been made.

The vehicle details you provide (make, model, year, colour, registration and description) and any photographs you choose to upload are used to review your application.

Your application keeps its own copy of these details and photos as they were at the moment you applied, independent of your Driveway record, editing or archiving the vehicle in My Driveway afterwards does not change what was submitted.

You'll be able to complete a booking for a display pass, subject to the event's Booking Terms.

You must complete your booking in order to confirm your place at the event.

We'll email you about your application's status - received, accepted, rejected, or if an accepted booking opportunity lapses. This is separate from any optional marketing communications.

If you wish to withdraw your application, please get in touch via email or contact form.

Withdrawing your application does not entitle you to a refund.
