Please follow event signage and marshal instructions when you arrive rather than relying solely on your sat nav once you are close to the venue. Your ticket will also contain the relevant arrival information.

02Parking & arrival
- General parking
- Guest parking is available on site. Marshals will direct you to the correct parking area when you arrive.
- Ticket check
- Have your ticket ready on your phone or printed before reaching the entrance. This can be found in your account or via the email sent once booking is complete.
- Wristbands
- Tickets will be checked on arrival and you will be given a wristband for the event.
- Blue badge parking
- Dedicated Blue Badge parking is available. Enter through Gate A and our marshals will direct you.
- Show vehicles
- Show vehicle arrival times are different to general admission and are between 08:00 and 10:00. Follow the information supplied with your acceptance.
- Vehicle noise
- Please keep vehicle noise to a minimum. Once parked, switch your engine off and do not unnecessarily rev your vehicle.
- Driving on site
- Drive slowly and follow marshal instructions at all times. No drifting, burnouts or dangerous driving.
- Leaving the venue
- Please continue to drive sensibly when leaving the site and on surrounding roads.

Show vehicle arrival and departure arrangements are different to general admission. If you have an accepted show vehicle, please follow the timings and instructions supplied with your booking. General admission guests should arrive from 10:30. Please begin leaving promptly once the event finishes at 16:30.
04Accessibility
- Blue badge parking
- Dedicated Blue Badge parking is available close to the event. Please enter through Gate A and follow marshal directions.
- Accessible toilets
- Accessible toilets are available throughout the event.
- Ground conditions
- Much of the venue is grass and some areas of the site are sloped.
- Hardstanding areas
- The main courtyard outside the house is on a hard surface.
- Access questions
- If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact events@wheelsupnorth.co.uk before attending.
- Assistance on arrival
- Speak to one of our marshals when you arrive if you need help accessing the event.
05Food & drink

06Leaving
Please leave site in a sensible manner. We respect our venue and of course public safety is a priority. The roads leading out of Leighton Hall Estate are tight country lanes, often with horse riders on and small villages at the bottom of the hill which do not appreciate dangerous driving. To keep this event at such a stunning venue, please respect these rules.
07Your ticket
Your ticket link will be sent to your email address on purchase completion. For the best access it will also be held in 'My Garage' (Your account) as soon as payment clears, with a QR code you show at the gate. Create an account before or after purchase to get the best access.
