01Tickets & Booking
15 answersWe highly recommend booking in advance. A limited number of tickets may be available on the gate, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices also increase on the gate.
Tickets are priced per person, not per vehicle.
Your ticket will be sent via email after booking and will also be available through your account. Sign up for free to access all of your tickets and applications.
No. You can show your ticket on your phone, although you are welcome to print it if you prefer. We recommend having it downloaded and ready before reaching the entrance.
Our team will scan or check your ticket on arrival and issue you with an event wristband.
First check your email inbox and junk/spam folder. If you still can't find it, create or log into your account and click 'tickets'. Contact us if you still can't find the tickets so we can help.
Tickets can be transferred but not resold. Once a ticket is scanned it will be checked-in and can't be used again.
Wheels Up North Ltd does not refund tickets under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed.
If the event is cancelled, we'll contact ticket holders by email with further information. Under the current event policy, tickets will be carried forward to the rescheduled or next event.
Renntag has a limited event capacity, so some ticket types may sell out before the event. We recommend booking early if you know you're attending.
Children under 6 years old go free. 6-15 is a child ticket. 16+ is an adult ticket.

Renntag Lounge is a separate upgraded experience with limited availability. See the Renntag Lounge section for more information. You do not need both a general admission AND Lounge ticket.
Limited tickets may be available on the day if the event has not sold out. Booking online in advance is the best way to guarantee entry.
02At The Event
24 answersGeneral admission opens at 10:30 on Saturday.
The event finishes at 16:30. We ask guests to begin leaving promptly once the event closes.
Last entry for general admission is 15:00.
Renntag combines the Porsche and supercar show with food and drink, live music, guest appearances and other entertainment throughout the day.
Yes. Live music will take place throughout the event from incredible local artists. Exact timings will be announced closer to the show.
Yes. Guests and speakers will appear during the day, with further announcements and timings released through our website and social media.
Yes. Toilets are located around the event, disabled accessible toilets are also available.
Yes. A dedicated private first aid team will be on site throughout the event. If you need assistance, speak to a member of staff or marshal.
Yes. Dogs are permitted but must remain on a lead at all times. Please clean up after them.
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own picnic, but please do not bring glass into the venue. Plenty of food and drink vendors are also available through the day.
Yes. A selection of food vendors will be available throughout the event.
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available.
Speak directly to the vendor before ordering and make them aware of your allergy. If you want to discuss available options before the event, please contact our team.
Yes. A sheltered area will be available on the lawn to give guests somewhere to get out of the sun or rain. Renntag Lounge also offers an indoor conservatory area for upgraded ticket holders.
Have your ticket ready, wear suitable footwear and dress for the weather. Bring photo ID if you intend to purchase alcohol and your Blue Badge if you require Blue Badge parking.
No. Camping is not available at the event, although there are many amazing campsites, hotels and other accommodation options nearby.
Food and drink vendors as well as the gate are now card only. Trade stands may take cash.
Gate sales are now card only. Please bare this in mind when arriving.
Yes. Licensed bars will be available during the event.
Yes, alcohol can be consumed on site. Bar staff may request ID and reserve the right to refuse service.
Mostly, yes. Much of the show takes place outdoors and on grass, so we recommend checking the weather and dressing appropriately.
No. Please do not bring glass into the venue.
No. BBQs, firepits and other open flames are not permitted anywhere on site.
No. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone found with them may be removed by security and reported to the police.
03Getting Here & Parking

Yes. Follow Renntag event signage as you approach the venue and follow marshal instructions when you arrive.
Parking is included in your ticket price.
Guest parking is available on site. Marshals will direct you to the appropriate parking area when you arrive.
Yes. Dedicated Blue Badge parking is available. Enter via Gate A and marshals will direct you to the appropriate area.
Much of the venue and parking areas are on grass. Please take extra care in poor weather and follow marshal instructions.
We will provide updated information if weather conditions require any changes to parking or arrival arrangements.
General admission parking is not restricted to Porsches or supercars. You do not need to bring a show car to attend Renntag. Show cars must apply before the event.
If you want to park together, we recommend arriving together. Marshals need to fill parking areas efficiently and cannot guarantee spaces can be held.
Gate A entry for all vehicles. Show vehicle timing arrangements differ from general admission though. Accepted show car owners should follow the arrival information supplied with their booking.
General entry begins at 10:30. Allow some additional time around peak arrival periods and have your ticket ready before reaching the entrance. Show vehicle entry is between 8:00 - 10:00am.
No. Please stay off public roads and do not encourage drivers to accelerate or drive dangerously. There are plenty of opportunities to photograph cars safely inside the event.
Police may be operating on surrounding roads during the event. Please drive responsibly when arriving and leaving.

Yes. Families and children are welcome throughout the event.
Yes, but please be aware that much of the venue is grass and some areas are sloped. Conditions may also vary depending on the weather.
Yes. Accessible toilets will be available throughout the event.
Yes. Blue Badge parking is available. Enter through Gate A and our marshals will direct you.
Absolutely. Contact events@wheelsupnorth.co.uk and the team will do their best to help you plan your visit.
Renntag is a vehicle event, so there will naturally be vehicle and entertainment noise at times. However, unnecessary revving and excessive vehicle noise are not permitted.
05Show Your Car
14 answersYes, but show vehicles must apply and be accepted before the event. You cannot simply arrive on the day and enter the show area.
Renntag is focused on Porsche and selected supercar vehicles. Applications are reviewed by the team to create the right mix of cars for the show.
Use the Show Your Car application on the Renntag website. Complete the requested information and submit your vehicle for review.
No. Applications are reviewed by the Renntag team and submitting a vehicle does not guarantee acceptance.
You'll receive confirmation once your application has been reviewed. Keep an eye on your email and your account for updates.
Contact the team before the event. Do not arrive in a different show vehicle without approval, as the replacement may need to be reviewed.
Yes. Accepted show vehicles should complete the booking process provided following acceptance rather than purchasing a standard general admission ticket for the driver.
Show vehicle arrival is earlier than general admission and will normally take place between 08:00 and 10:00. Follow the exact information supplied with your acceptance.
No unnecessary revving is permitted. Once parked, please switch your engine off and respect the venue, neighbouring properties and other guests.
No. Dangerous driving, burnouts, drifting or similar behaviour will not be tolerated.
No. Once directed into your display position, switch the vehicle off unless a member of the event team specifically instructs otherwise.
You can still attend Renntag as a general admission guest and park in the normal guest parking area.
Yes, but club areas need to be arranged in advance. Please contact us through the Get Involved section of the website.
No. Club arrangements need to be made in advance so that the site plan and required space can be organised.
06Renntag Lounge
6 answersThe Renntag Lounge is our upgraded hospitality experience, offering guests additional benefits and a more exclusive way to enjoy the event.
No. Renntag Lounge access requires the appropriate hospitality ticket.
Yes. Hospitality capacity is limited and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only if availability remains. Because Lounge capacity is limited, booking in advance is strongly recommended.
No. Everyone entering the Lounge will need the appropriate Lounge ticket or accreditation.
Once the Lounge reaches capacity, further tickets may not be released. We recommend booking early.

8 answersYes. Personal photography and filming are welcome. Please remain within public areas and never stand on surrounding public roads to photograph vehicles.
Only approved traders, sponsors and partners may commercially trade or promote on site. Use the Get Involved section to enquire before the event.

Renntag is primarily an outdoor event and normally continues in changing weather conditions. Please dress appropriately. If severe weather causes significant changes, we'll communicate these through our official channels.
