WUN Shop Terms of Sale

Version 2026-10-07-v1 - in effect from 7 October 2026

These terms apply to everything you buy from the WUN Shop. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

The WUN Shop is run by Wheels Up North LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13939197). Our registered office is 70 Cottam Green, Cottam, Preston, PR4 0AB. Our VAT number is GB 492426769.

You can contact us at events@wheelsupnorth.co.uk. If we need to contact you, we'll use the email address or phone number you gave with your order.

2. These terms

These terms apply to everything you buy from the WUN Shop. They don't cover event tickets, which have their own Booking Terms. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

3. Your order

When you pay, you'll get an email confirming your order. That is when our contract with you begins.

If we can't supply something you've ordered (for example it has sold out at an event at the same time), we'll tell you, cancel that item and refund you in full for it.

We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.

4. Products

Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Sizes and fabric details are on each product page. If you're unsure about a size, contact us before ordering.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is shown separately before you pay.

Payment is taken by card at checkout through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, prices and how long things take are on our delivery page. Your order is your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. How to do that, and how refunds work, is on our returns and refunds page.

8. Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we'll put it right: within 30 days of delivery you can have a full refund, and after that we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn't possible. We'll cover the cost of returning it.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are sold for personal use. Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Your information

We use your details to process and deliver your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Problems and the law

If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
